Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Times We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local government. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within 40 days of your order date, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
